When it comes to practicing mindfulness, do you feel like it’s just not your bag?

Bad bacteria in your gut LOVE sugar. Having more bad bacteria in your gut than good leads to gas, bloating, cramps, diarrhea, constipation and inflammation, leaving you fatigued and frustrated.

JUST A LITTLE BIT OF ADDED SUGAR AT EACH MEAL & SNACK ISN’T A BIG DEAL, RIGHT?
